01. Use of Service
By accessing FLUX (getfluxgear.com), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a non-transferable license to use the site for the purpose of shopping for personal mobile accessories.
02. Product Accuracy & Pricing
We strive to ensure all descriptions and prices are accurate. However, in the event of an error, FLUX reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. All prices are inclusive of applicable Nigerian taxes unless stated otherwise.
03. Payments
Payments are processed through secure, third-party Nigerian payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
04. Warranty & Returns
FLUX products are built for unbeatable durability. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we offer a replacement within our standard warranty period. Returns for change-of-mind must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and must include all original packaging.
05. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
